My parents are upper middle-class and everyone in my school thinks that my family is rich. My parents aren't exactly rich, but my grandfather was a millionaire and my great-grandfather was one too. They were millionaires because they had the ambition and both were financial geniuses. They both worked really hard and knew how to spend money and where to invest it, unlike so many of these wannabe rich people today who are currently in a huge pile of credit card debt or what not.
It annoys me that middle-class people always whine about rich people. If they hate being middle-class, they should realize that they were not ambitious enough in high school and in college. A lot of these really rich people worked 17 hours a day before they were in their current situation. The people who don't complain are the ones who were unlucky along the line.
Most people have so many opportunities in life to be successful that it is not even funny. This is America. I understand a person in Africa being upset about being extremely ambitious and having a hard time surviving, but anything is possible here.
