with questions such as: Do I Enjoy being around people? Have I ever stolen from a company I worked for? Is stealing a pen or paper from a company ok? Do I consider myself a people person?...where you have to either strongly agree or disagree. Obviously, I know the best way to answer in order to get the position. Why do so many corporations give these questionaires? What am I going to say?...I hate crowds, busy workplaces and like to be alone! I'm in my 30s and am unfortunately appling for a retail position, nuff said, why further degrade me and insult my intelligence even more?
"I enjoy a challenge" do I agree or disagree?..."I am easy going" agree or disagree? "I get angry easily" agree or disagree? I was absent alot in high school...I take a few things from my workplace, I care if my co-worker is having a bad day...etc. Who came up with these dumb-a$$ tests?
But anyone can BS, just like they can on Drug Tests, so whats the point?
