there is something about internet phenomenons being incorporated in pop culture that bothers me...
like, for example, a lot of characters in shows mention Facebook... like one character will say, "oh i saw on her/his facebook status that he/she is ______". or "it's time to get over him... it's time to remove him from your facebook friends."
or even youtube... in tv shows or movies, you'll see high school students take out their cell phones at school and record a fight or something scandalous and they'll say, "I AM SOO POSTING THIS ON YOUTUBE!". sort of like 17 Again the movie, if anyone has seen it
