thats probably because they are trolling you, Bubble.
There are much more "stupid" countries like countries in africa who do not even know that having 2 condoms on is a bad idea.. but seriously.. I've seen many stupid people in other countries, Korea, South America, Spain(MANY in Spain)
 
It's not that Americans are stupid, they just love to make bad decisions.
Voting for Bush twice, Iraq War, Base Jumping, Being caught on To Catch a Predator, etc.
