Why do people who complain about humen nature always oppose plans to improve the humens?

Some people always complain about how the humens are, but when visionaries propose the use of science & engines to improve the humens, they always chicken out and argue against them. Why? Do they think that desirable humens are like dehydrated water or a forest without trees? Is that it? Huh?
 
you would have to be specific to know what your talking about, there are some visionaries that don't make it out in the world because by helping all humans, that would hurt the rich, and we can't have that.

then some visionaries find ways to further rob, harm, disregard the poor, again what is good can be turned to only further enrich the rich.

then yet some others while helping humans, it harms the planet, which can end up harming humans.

Its a vicious cycle, and is it not good to question "visionaries", we all need to use our common sense the Good Lord gave us, and not be lead by the nose. Those that would oppose something that would be without doubt helpful, have their own personal agenda. Then other groups pick one thing that is really vain and pick it to death, instead of focusing on things of magnitude.
