Why do people think eating a dog is wrong?

I mean they're just animals if you eat a cow or a pig. I don't think you have the right to say eating a dog is wrong. some people say its because dogs are smart. Yeah well pigs are actually smarter than dogs. they say is cruel? Well have you ever seen a pig being slaughtered? I have, their squeals can be heard for several blocks. They also piss and sh*t themselves while they're dying. So if you eat other animals STFU about eating dogs being wrong and cruel.

in korea and other countries they have dog farms. where they raise dogs for consumption

their meat is not as nutritious to a human body, unless you are starving and that's the last piece of meat there is to keep you alive. We have domesticated the dog and eating it is like cannibalism.

Pigs were bred for food, dogs were bred to be companions and guards.

it's a culture thing. just like indian people don't eat cows. americans don't eat dogs.

cuz dogs are friendly unlike cows or pigs ...they can be trained . they can be a friend to u and they are like a different species. idk y we dont eat dogs but now its because we are so used to them..
