Why do people say Black people are not capable of developing civilization?

When we were one of the most civilized and ancient technological advanced race in the history of the world?

Even in the present black people contribute to the development of civilization subsequent to colonialism and slavery. Psychological oppression from slavery and material oppression from Africa financed improved inventions and infrastructure from antiquity.

Black people have played a major role in the development of civilization. Why do people deny this and cling on to myths created by our enemies?
 
Black people are potrayed as low class, no sense, basically stupid. When the truth is blacks have played A HUGE part in history. Is that taught? no. The closest people have learmed about the black american history is no further than Malcom X and Martin Luther King Jr. Then what makes it worst is that Its taught to peoples children and grandchildren to not care. Im 14 and lately Ive been doing AS LOT of research on black history, and it truelly AMAZES me. I dont leanr anything in school, and what Ive been leanring on my own puts me to tears. Im afraid things are always going to stay "blacks at the bottom" because some white people dont care, its not taught at all, and black people are taught ignorance from way back then till now. In my opinion alone, the slave trade totally ruined some of the black community...
 
Well we had ancient Nubia/Cush and Egypt but black people have came a looong ways from those days to the worst ever.. I would say africans built better things if you look at Nigeria and other parts of africa it is beautiful!! I been there so i know and its run by black africans but if you said black americans are not capable of developing a livable civilization i would say i agree with you..
 
people think that cause they think about africa and AIDS and suffering, etc. what they forget is we were doing fine until they came. they also forget we built most countries of today they enslaved us in cause they were too lazy to do it themselves.
