ok, this is the mentality of most uneducated people in thier way of thinking when it comes to millitary matters.
ok they think that just because a country spends $500 billion dollars on manufactureing arms for thier military they think this military is superior to say another country that spends only$100 billion on manufactureing arms for thier military,
so, in other words , the country that spends $500 billion on arms has to spend extra for parts which cost more because thier arms developers charge higher rates for salary,parts,develpment etc. compared to the other country who's arms costs are a lot less for example thier parts cost a fraction to make,technician salary is low ,development costs low,etc but the end product of the manufactured arms costs is a lot less but the finished arms are either more superior or equalent to that of the country who spends the most on it's arms.
