Why do people let their cats outdoors if they are not spayed or neutered?

Then, they are 'surprised' when the cat shows up pregnant, or if they have a boy cat - the female cat down the street has a bunch of new, sad, unwanted kittens.

Spay and Neuter!

If you can't afford the vet - always keep your cat inside - the cat will be happier, healthier and will live longer.
