why do people judge others negative before they should judge other people negative?

people judge each other in foul ways before they should judge one at all
why do people judge others negative beginning with their appearance example if one had tattoos people would say that guy is a junkie or a woman with short hair is a lesbian people shouldn't say things like this when they do not know if wat they think is true
