...leave crappy tips? I have been a waitress for many years; I know that I consistently provide exceptional service. I am knowledgeable concerning the menu(s), I'm always smiling. polite and professional. However, I still occasionally get those customers that leave crappy tips. A crappy tip is anything that is less than 15% of the total bill. I especially love the ones that tell you how wonderful you are yet still; the crappy tip. I also love the people that tell you that, though you were great, they only brought enough for a small tip....if there is not enough money to leave an appropriate tip, GO TO McDONALD'S!!!! Really, we only make $2.13 per hour. We depend on your tips to pay our bills! When minimum wage goes up, waitress wage does not! We do this job because we enjoy it, but those small tippers will eventually cause us to choose a different profession. When all of the good waitresses are gone, think of the ones who will then be taking care of you.... Is it really worth being cheap?
 
they are really mean and dont care about the people serving their food they think they are slaves and dont have feeling or cares in the woirld. They just go on living great lifes living cool hip vacations while this poor lady cleans your slimy germ ridden plate off and crys herself to sleep with her 18 kids.
