for their team? Come on if you want your team to win then buy the merchandise. Buy all the tickets to all the games. Show up to every game if your a true fan. I root for a 12-70 NJ Nets team and I went to every game and bought a ton of merchandise. So let me guess Pittsburgh Pirates or any small market team for that matter doesn't have enough fans and can't support their team because the population of Pittsburgh isn't that large oh boo hoo. So in other words what your telling me is that there is not various towns just outside the city of Pittsburgh that can't come to the game and show their support and buy the merchandise and buy all the other things associated with the team to show their true support and really help their team's payroll. Your telling me that I can root for a 12-70 NJ Nets team, but Pirate fans can't show enough nuts to buy the merchandise and go to all the games because their fans are quitters. Come on if you really true fans of those teams that badly people from all over should buy the merchandise and go to the games. They should buy all the tickets to all the games.
