Why do people complain about "labels"?

They have and always will exist. There's always going to be preppy rich kids, jocks, emos, nerds, geeks, stoners, skaters, etc.

AND yes people DO care what they are labeled as, if they say they don't they're a liar. Plain and simple.
 
yeah, ur rite, but the labels dont mean anything, heck, im alwayz labeled as a $lut, or whatever, and im not,im a stoner/skater (LOL) but ppl have no idea cuz they think they know me just by looking at me, my friend just because he wears skinny jeans hes labeled as an emo, and hes the happiest person i know. But i guess we leave out of putting other ppl down..or judging other ppl. I do it too
 
most of the time people get labeled, they are labeled wrongfully. i dont like being judged for the way i live my life.
