...higher or something? I am always polite and take my job day to day with enjoyment. but i always end up getting some douchebag who had a bad day and decides to make mine hell. Then leaves a quarter after asking for everything under the sun. Im not a exact pro. But i know how to do my job. and that frustrates me.
People like to be waited on, and the tendency can be to use the brief opportunity to raise yourself up above whoever is doing the serving.
Take it with a grain of salt. Laugh, smile, and focus on the nice ones.
