Why do people call the Senate and House health care bills "Obamacare"?

He didn't introduce it, he has no say in creating it or debating on the house/senate floors. All President Obama does is sign the bill to make it law and make sure that the statutory provisions are carried out. Wouldn't it be better to call the bill "Congresscare", since it's in Congress's hands?
If it's on his platform, wouldn't that be the Democratic platform, hence "Democare" or something like that?
Obamacare was a term coined by Republicans and Fox News

Fine... it's not his... it belongs to both Democratic Houses of Congress...

That would mean the recession of 2007-2009 also belongs the Dems who controlled both Houses of Congress during that time (and still do), and supported the Community Reinvestment Act, and Fannie/Freddie, as well...
