Why do people assume that if someone shows them a clear STD test that unsafe sex is

suddenly "safe"? Do they realise that it takes between 6-12 weeks for a full HIV viral load to build in the blood...this viral load is what is tested for.

This means that if a person has has unprotected sex with an infected partner in that time...they may well be infected...and this infection will not show up on a test for as much as three months...

but all the while they are likely to pass the virus along to other partners.

BQ: Would men be more likely to wear a condom if their partner revealed she could put one on them with her mouth?
