Do you realize how many people are 18 still in highschool? unless there gf is the same b-day as them or older its gonna be a adult/minor scenario! Do people not realize that? i mean when my gf turns 16 ill be turning 18. we are a yr and a half apart. its still legal
The age a person can legally consent to sexual activity in the state of Nevada is 16; however, if the adult involved in the sexual act is 21 years of age or older and is a teacher, instructor, professor, administrator, head coach, assistant coach or in certain positions of authority over the minor at an educational institution, it is a crime to have sexual relations with a student under the age of 18. (Unless they are married)
A 16 year old is a "minor" under the laws of the state of Nevada and is under the legal authority of their parent or guardian. There can be other legal risk to adults over the age of 18 who are involved with a minor sexually if the parents pursue legal actions to terminate the relationship.
theres my proof. So please ive read so many questions on here about people saying adult/minor dating is wrong/illegal. please check up the laws before you start saying stuff you dont know! I live in Nevada and these are the laws!
You can have sex with anyone you want too when your 16 as long as they aren't the following jobs listed above. hell my friend just had sex with a 16 yr old and hes 24! AND THEY ARE DATING yes i think the age thing is gross but its perfectly legal here! the only thing that could happen to him is the parents can terminate the relationship! but thats about it! so why do you think people assume these things?
at TTT yes i get what you are saying. but if you think about it. girls mature faster. an 18 yr old is about the same maturity as a 16 yr old girl. besides most 18 yr olds are still in high school! I know for a fact if anything will change on me i will just have that older look to me and maybe taller. when it comes to personality no i will be the same.
