Why do parents always say that there kids are going to have sex?

my moms always telling me i can be upstairs watching tv with my girlfriend. why do parents always say that your going to have sex. i have more respect than to have sex in my parents house but they dont understand. Why is that the sterotype group my mom says that i am in. i really dont understand. help=/

because most teens your age aren't respectful and would have sex in their parent's house. It sucks that you are generalized among them but that is just the way it is.
