To make my images, I use a program called Adobe Fireworks CS5. The only problem is, I know about the different sizes Youtube allows certain image sizes to be like 88x88 and others, but when I make an image in that size; it comes out blurry in the Youtube Profile image previewer. I've seen other people's Profile images and looked very clear and perfect, and I want to know how they made it like that. Here's an example below:
