Why do my veins pop out so much?

im 14 and i heard they come out more as you get older? they come out on my arms and i can see them on my legs better. they dont pop out on my legs. how can i stop this? i am 14 im about 110 pounds and 5,3
ok ill try to start eating more just not hungry a lot. so how much should i weigh?
