HUGE MISTAKE MADE!!!!! I posted a question-why do my calves hurt when i run? I meant my thighs!! Okay so I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I'm 11!!! Bad right? Okay so I have to sprint everyday and that makes my thighs hurt so bad that I limp and almost cry. But E.D.S only effects joints and ligaments. I run hot water over them and immediately the pain eases. The pain returns the next day when I sprint again.PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! I know to run in hot water but i wanna know like WHY they hurt.
