When you move between page one and page two, you'll notice that page one is slightly bigger than page 2. It's getting slightly annoying since both pages use the exact same code. >.>
I realized that the problem was the scroll bar. The content wasn't changing size. It was shifting to the right by 8 pixels whenever the scroll bar was present.
