Why do my lower legs swell after bathing?

I am a 29 year old female and I notice that after I bathe, my lower legs/calves/ankles are always swollen for a few minutes afterwards. I take warm baths but not too hot. My only health problems are low blood pressure, dysautonomia, tachycardia, and slight mitral (heart) regurgitation. I am on 4 medications: Oral contraceptive pills, Cymbalta, Nexium, and Nadolol Beta-Blocker. What could be causing the swelling and is it anything to be concerned with?
 
Beta blockers can do that. Ask your doctor if it's something to worry about or something you can just chalk up to a temporary side effect.
