Everytime I eat a meal, immediately afterwards my hands become uncomfortably hot. They don't get sweaty, they just get really really warm. I normally hold a cold beverage or put them in front of a fan to cool them off. I understand that most people get sleepy after eating (which is also true for me) but I have never heard of "Hot Hands" happening to anyone else. I'm 26, so i'm pretty sure it's not hot flashes. Any idears?
