Why do my eyes flash in the top part of my eye. Like a light that flickers. It feels like a light is flickering. Like I can still see but the top part of my just goes black then visible it's very quick. Like I said like a light flickering. All my eyes have gone veiny. Also if I was too look at a wall I can see my vision is quite fuzzy. I do have glasses, as i'm short sighted and a frequent user of a computer. Help?
