me and my friends have being doing weights for a while now, flexxed im 13 inches and non flexxed im 12 inches.. im 17 btw.. so its nothing really big or anything, well one of my other friends arms is 12, one is 12 and a half and one is about 12.7. But even though its close in size. Also i do have a bigger built frame then them. But why is this?
Also if it effects the answer, im the only one out of us who do hammercurls, which works the brach muscle in your arm.
