Ouch. Elevate it and put ice on it.

Really, I don't know. But, just wanted to say ouch.

Maybe try some Ibuprofen.

=)

Edit: Wouldn't that be funny if your husband walked in with your bits elevated and a bag of ice on 'em?

I went biking on a trail with my husband yesterday and now my lady bits hurt bad! Not the actual bits, but the bones underneath.

Is there anything I can do to help with this? The seat on the bike is really small.
Thanks Adam! I agree! Perhaps I should strap a wide load sign on there too. lol

Yes Jen Jen he would probably like that a lot!! ;-)

You are not use to riding it will hurt for a while. Take small rides untill you get use to it, it's not the bike seat. People that have riden all last year and take the winter off will go through the same thing every spring.

Give yourself a couple of weeks to get your butt in shape. You can also check the position of you saddle and make some fine adjustments. People made the mistake of running out and buying a big cushy saddle that can make it worse.
