Why do most preachers (well here anyways) have the nice lexus cars?

the huge homes..always ask for money like Robert Tilton? Why do they have to live lavish?
I'm just curious as to why they can't live 'normal' lives..
 
They can't live normal lives because their perspectives are skewed. In most religions preachers are paid, which means that the more people they get in their church, the more money they make, and the better they can live. If that's the case, it can be really easy to lose sight of true beliefs and just do things for personal gain.
