Why do many female rock (esp. punk) artists whine so much in their songs?

It's super annoying. They're so negative in their songs about their relationships gone bad and always blame the guy for breaking her heart. LAME!
The world doesn't revolve around her. Life and relationships can be very complicated and girls break just as many hearts as guys. So will the female rock artists please stop whining and be more positive in their songs to encourage us young generation so that we hope and not dope?
You need example? Why don't you just google and find some for yourself?
 
You're generalizing . I doubt you've heard EVERY punk and rock song , sung by female artists or female consisting bands .
 
Because you're not listening to real punk. You're listening to the **** on the radio like Paramore and calling it "punk". If you listen to Brody Dalle of the Distillers, or Corey Parks of the Die Hunns (Duane Peters' wife) or Erica from F-Minus, I'm sure you'll change your mind. But, then again, you've probably never ever HEARD of any of these real punk musicians who make NO whiney mention of males what-so-ever, except when they mention bar fighting one... Oh, here's one for you, how about the Lunachix, they're all dykes founded by NOFX's Fat Mike. Again, man-haters in the punk rock world. Broaden your musical horizon before you go about making false idiotic claims.
