Why do Libs complain about wealth distribution in America?

Don't the people that have the best ideas and work the hardest make the most money? Whats wrong with that?

Many Libs have such a negative outlook of how its impossible to make it in America & the cards are stacked against them. If you think like that you are doomed to fail.

Maybe that's why they want the government to take care of everything for them because they have given up on themselves? Why don't they realize they have the same opportunities as everyone else?

I don't understand why they want to attack the successful, is it jealousy or just plain meanness?
 
I don't....it seems it is the republicans/cons who are the ones complaining about someone else 'taking my money'.

Perhaps you weren't aware that red states are subsidized by blue states and the federal government. If it weren't for the blue states and liberal policies, nearly all of the red states would have been bankrupt years ago.
 
Because under conservative control those born with silver spoons in their greedy mouths flourish while hard working minimum wage earners suffer.

The disparity of wealth in the United States is unique in the developed world, and resembles the wealth disparity of developing nations in Latin America... obviously there's a problem and your outlook on it is completely naive. I can't explain it to you in further depth, if your understanding of wealth and economics in America is so simple.. would recommend you read some more books on it or something though.
 
If it were a simple case of 'the people that have the best ideas and work the hardest make the most money' then noone would have an issue with it. But that isn't the case; large sections of the country have the odds stacked firmly against them whilst other parts flourish with little or no effort.

The fact that I understand this isn't through jealousy; I've done quite well for myself and I'm happy with my place in life. Just that I'm not stupid or selfish not enough to realise that not everyone has had my advantages.
