National Health Care? If libs always want to use the excuse that other countries do it then should we adopt the practices of other countries like Iran: Putting to death gays or Saudi Arabia, whipping women who get raped of even better why not take on the qualities of China and go Communistic?

Libs. America is a unique country that has managed to become THE Super Power in the world based on Capitalism, inivation and freedom of the individual to eithe succeed or fail on his own.
 
They are fools. They indulge in their self absorption and dream that they are going to fix the future. They are soo entrenched by it that they fail to see the present and to take note of the past.

This is the realm of the religious right.

America is a unique country that ha managed to become the superpower thanks to abusing and coercing other countries into submision. Which is about to fail only 20 years after it's archenemy the URSS fell. So much for a super power.

P.S. it's unfettered capitalism that brought it down.
 
You missed Gibbs' press conference..he was asked what countries have successful single payer health care..he couldn't answer. But today Barney's Frank clarified it. He said the country of Scandinavia is successful.
 
Because they have no idea what a failure it is, it sounds good but wait till you've had to experience it for yourself, I have.
 
It isn't just England and Canada--it's every single industrial nation in the world (with the exception of South Africa) that provides at least baseline medical care for its citizens. They reap innumerable benefits from this; among them increased productivity, less contagion, less bankruptcy, and greater competitiveness in the global marketplace.

If you buy private health insurance, you are already paying for other peoples health care, and at a steeper rate than anybody else in the world. For all of that expenditure, you receive the 37th best outcome compared to other nations.

And you're so proud of it.

Rome was once THE superpower in the world. So were the Mongols. So were the Greeks.

What did they do wrong, that they no longer hold such status?
 
I thought it was the right that wanted to stone gays and whip women who get raped?

Every other developed country has universal health care. Shouldn't that be evidence enough?
