Why do liberals rant about equality, gay rights, women's rights, etc?

How can we all be equal if they put us all into groups?

Do they not realize by categorizing and giving people speical privileges because they belong to groups undermines the cause they say they are fighting for?
 
Guy you don't make a lot of sense.
If gay people have the right to marry like straight people do, that is equal.

If women have the same rights as men that is equality.

the categories already exist and were created by people who don't want to give them equal rights.
nice twist on the racist anti equal rights argument though.
