the way you said makes it seem like latinos don't be at the welfare office and blacks don't work. blacks have jobs til where they don't have to hang on the corner.
illegal immigrants grew up in countries without welfare offices. They're simply doing what they've always done -- look for work from business people and the well to do by hanging on street corners and at the suppliers of materials.
Blacks hang out on corners too looking for work.........selling dope, pimping, selling stolen goods, carjacking cars stopped at the corner stoplight, etc.
I spent last month in Nicaragua, and still have a house there. I was born and raised in America. What you are describing is capialism. Most people in Nicaragua wake up without a job every day and go out and get one or their family does not eat. The average person live on 2 dollars per day. That is deceptive because the people who have money have a lot of money. There is no government intervention in the economy at all. The government's budget is less than a dollar per citizen. What could the government do if they wanted to?
