What I mean is: when I'm in photoshop and I have a very large photo open (i.e. > 2mb or so) and I'm zoomed out so the full photo fits on the screen, it looks weird, distorted almost. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with my program or computer I just want to know the science behind it.
My guess is that since the photo is very large there are a lot of pixels, and when zoomed out in photoshop the pixels are bunched closer together and my computer can't separate them as well which causes the weird look to it.
Anyone have ideas?
