You having these sexual dreams is natural and understandable, as you are a virgin and this is a factor to why it may occur so often.
Now the reason why it tends to be random people that you may have known or know is you may be acting out sexual desires that you may have wanted when at school or want or oppotunities that weren't taken, also a dream state of mind tends to bring out deeply weird and twisted images of desires, wants and needs but actions and emotions you would never feel or contimplate acting out in a normal awake state of mind. (If you are normal that is)
Remember just because you dream of these people from school doesn't mean that you want to have sex with them or would have or should have specificly, its just your SEXUALITY acting out, wether you'd want to or not. (we cant control our dreams)
