why do i keep getting mood swings lately?

yesterday and the day before i kept on gettin PO'd then last nite i startd cryin nd gettin mad for NO REAL REASON! i dont have my period yet tho. prolly sumthin to do with hormones but wat does it mean if i keep gettin mood swings nd i dont evn hav my period yet? (just turnd 13)
 
it's something that happens before you get your period. I had mood swings before I got my period(I'm on it now)

it's cause of the hormones, they make you moody and stuff.
