All day my cell phone has been unable to connect to AT&T’s network. In the past three years that I have been with the company I have never experienced this problem (expect once or twice, in which I manually reconnected my phone, which I cannot even do). What I want to know are the following:
1)Is anyone else having this problem today?
2)How can I reconnect to the network?
3)Is AT&T updating their network?
4)How can I reach AT&T via e-mail?
I have considered the possibility that my cell phone was shut off. However, as I called my father's phone using a landline I discovered that our cell phone were still active and that the bills were paid (we have the family plan). But, than again my dad is traveling in N.Y. and I live in Florida.
