Why do I have to use the bathroom every time im in a library/book store?

Ive noticed that ever since I was little, my bowels decide to move every time i step somewhere with a bunch of books. I think it is weird but its not just sometimes, it is every time. Also, when I go to the bathroom, I dont need to go anymore. What the heck is going on?
