why do i have this weird feeling?

i feel like im in a dream 24/7. like when your high on weed i have that feeling but just to a smaller degree. one morning i woke up when i was like 10 and i felt like ive been in a dream ever since.... i asked my friend nd he told me its just called growing up and it hapens to everyone but i try to explain my condition to anyone i can even doctors and they look at me like im crazy. its not something that gets in my way of living but ive always wanted to just know why. please answer
