working out? Last week I started working out (I worked out before Christmas but not too much) a few days after working out, I started getting this upper right rib cage pain - really just below the right breast. It's in that general area, but at time I feel it in the upper right part of my back. It hurts to cough, sneeze, breath, move and even sleep on. Could it be that I pulled a muscle or that it's inflamed? If so, any recommendations on how to alleviate this pain, it's completely interfering with my work outs and I am on a strict schedule to lose 20 - 30 lbs by April 21st.
