I am 5' 4" and I am a runner. I weigh between 135 and 140 pounds. This is on the higher end of acceptable according to the BMI charts but I have a really small waist and good sized legs. Is this because I run a lot and do ballet? Is it just muscle that weighs so much because according to others, I don't look like I weigh as much as I do.
