why do i have my facebook contacts instead of real contacts on my motorola backflip?

Alright, on my new phone (the Motorola Backflip) i noticed that my contacts for my text messages have been swapped with my facebook friends. Now i really am pissed off cuz i have like a lot of contacts that i dont want in my phone, and my real contacts from my old phone arent there! (the guy said hed put my old contacts on) now i got a text from my dad and it says from dad, so i know my contacts are stashed somewhere, but i dont know where. Please help me im pissed
