i just put in a new stereo and im getting alot of feed back now. i never had it before. the whole system is amped and the rc cables are far away from the power cables. what can possably be causing this

check the grounds and then make sure your amp is wired into the back of your head unit if not your amp will turn on and off with your car... and not with your stereo. happened to my car when some shop fucked up on my installation.

First. What kind of radio ? (brand) If it had one an the shop cut it off this is the problem. Second.: Do you have One amp running your door or dash an rear deck speakers? Third :Is there a extra crossover inline with the rca's that come from the radio? Cheaper crossovers can cause noise by being over driven . Some radios the rca voltage is to strong for the cheaper crossovers an it can cause noise. Also are all the amp grounds to the same ground point an keep the ground wires as short as possible.I help better if I know the answers to these questions?

ok first make sure your grounds are sanded properly and have great metal to metal connections ,
next rca and speaker wire's as far from power wires as they can be , even the speaker wires from your head unit run them off to the right and the power and ignition to the left ,
If the problem does not go away you can get a inline filter for that exact thing at most audio supply stores
