why do i have a rash after sex around my penis?

i have developed a rash that isnt on my penis but its around the pubic hair area and some is on my "balls" i think it could be the iritation from sweating mabe? ooor...from the lube...im not sure at all but its defenently after i had sex...has anyone experianced this before? and if so was it seriouse?

P.S. i was wearing a condom also if that means anything...
 
Sounds like an STD, that's why it's in your pubic hair and balls and not on your penis because your penis was covered.
