Why do I get pains in my stomach followed by diarrhea within hours of eating?

I'm about 4 stone overweight, I was taking 1000mg Depakote for 3 years, I'm also taking 250mg Venlafaxine/Effexor and 1mg Risperidone. Don't know if that's relevant.
