Why do I get a headache while road biking?

I started road biking about a month ago. Everything was fine. I took a few days off due to heavy rain. When I started back up I did 7.5 miles and had to stop because my head was pounding.

dehydration or changes in atmospheric pressure due to the changing weather system or a combo of both. it could be something completely different but those are the reasons i get headaches.

You started out too hard to fast, take the first 10 min to warm up and get the blood flowing.
