When I freeze motion during a Realplayer or Windows video, do a PrtScn, then paste it into Paint, I only get see the video controls but otherwise a black picture. The same thing happens when I save the image as JPG using two different video capture programs (ScreenHunter and HyperSnap). In all cases, the still image looks fine as a freeze frame during the video but for some reason I can't export it. This used to work fine but, for some reason, the problem started a few months ago. (Firefox and XP) Thanks.
