...count calories? If i eat mostly just pasta and bread for a week or 2 , I always gain 10 pounds, even if i carefully count calories - down to the calorie.
But if i eat the same number of calores but eat a lot of junk food, along with a lot of good food , i lose weight.
And i only eat like 2200 calories a day in either case.
Is this proof that the calories you see on the package are wrong or calorie counting is pointless?
