Every morning for the last few week, at the same time every morning, when i'm getting dressed, if my shirt so much as sweeps past my neck, i get the sudden urge to vomit. the last few days ive vomited stomach acid, and just kept retching... i cant seem to make it stop, ive tried deep breathing and focusing on something else, but it still happens. why?
