This happens every year. We live at high altitude. 8500 ft.Its the highest alpine desert in the world. We usually have low humidity but in the winter time.. we keep our home about 60 degrees..We like it cold.
But at night time.. we have something weird happen to us that happens every year. We will feel like we are both sweating on our chest, behind our necks under our hair ,behind our ears. just a cold clammy feeling.
Neither of us have high blood pressure and both have had very good physicals lately . Nothing is wrong with us.. This happens every winter off and on. Seems to go along with weather systems..
Our normal humidity here is about 8 to 15 percent. Right now its running from 35 to 50 percent..
Im wondering if our body is acting as a human barometric meter? You know like a commode sweating when the weather is going to change? Is this something normal with high altitude or dessert climates? I would say if it was one of us it might be high blood pressure but two people feeling exactly the same thing? We both have been checked our and done blood work recently and both are not sick .So what causes this ,Anyone please?
